Not all accommodations make you feel like at home even if you are abroad, but this hotel is one of those where everything is in place to fully enjoy your vacation. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. There is a spacious and enclosed parking lot in the middle of the old town. The surroundings include several restaurants and a park. Noale is a perfect location for visiting Vicenza, Padua, Chioggia, processco wine valleys and Venice. This is a very good apart/hotel. Quiet, secure and all facilities for independent stay.

We used the lovely small town of Noale as our base for exploring the Venetia area. Our day trips included taking the train to Venice, wandering the Historic Center of Castelfranco Veneto, and driving through the beautiful Prosecco Hills. The property was secured by a gate and very quiet. The host was very accessible, flexible, and helpful with our questions. Our 3 bedroom/2 bath flat was very clean with modern bathrooms and nice amenities (towels, soap, shampoo, etc). The kitchen met our needs for preparing breakfast and snacks. We enjoyed the small green space outside of the french doors. All bedrooms were upstairs. The primary bedroom was large with motorized skylights and a large bathroom with jetted bathtub (but no shower). The other 2 bedrooms were smaller but of adequate size. Overall the decor is clean and crisp (white and light wood).

The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who helped us every step of the way. Even when we accidentally locked ourselves out, help arrived within 10 minutes and rescued us from this predicament. The central location of the apartment in Noale, nestled between the main street of the old town and the castle, offered both comfort and tranquility. A small courtyard that doubles as a parking lot added to the apartment's charm, and a local osteria around the corner became a favorite restaurant. The visually appealing design of the apartment was noteworthy, although there were some ergonomic issues, such as a single electrical outlet in the kitchen/dining area (on an extension cord that was also used for the coffee maker and kettle). The convenient, accessible and free parking next to the apartment was a plus, although maneuvering through two gates could be a challenge for larger vehicles. The charge for pets is 10 euros per day per pet. The Wi-Fi, while generally fast enough for video calls, needed to be turned on and off occasionally.

Noale is a wonderful little town in the suburbs of Venice. The apartments are located in a separate building, with a closed picturesque courtyard. Covered parking in the same courtyard. The apartments are comfortable, clean and very atmospheric. Very caring and attentive hosts. Restaurants, cafes, grocery store within walking distance. Venice is easily accessible by car (40 minutes) or by train (30 minutes).

“The best accommodation in the area”

Amazing location in the centre of Noale with a small park just across the road. Beautifully renovated palazzo. Perfectly clean, we had everything we need and even more. Dog friendly. It was very thoughtful to prepare some bowls and a blanket for our dog. He enjoyed the AirCon as well while it was +35 outside. Convenient parking. Isabella is just amazing! Can't emphasize this enough. She was always available and ready to help. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again when in the area.

everything was perfect. unfortunately is not possible to give them higher score than 10, they deserved more than 10. on first place communication before we came was perfect, they sent all details by WA, available 24/7 for any help or support . very kind and friendly, I felt like I had known them for a long time. also when you enter in apartment you will find croissant, snacks, water, coffee espresso , tea (all free of charge ) maybe this is small things but showing that they care. anytime you can ask from them if you need more water, or espresso etc you can use laundry room to wash your clothes if you need. big room, all is very clean, perfect location, there is all necessary kitchen things , you can prepare whatever you want there , beautiful garden and free parking in the yard of the house. for us the most important experience was their kindness, dedication to guests, desire to make a difference compared to others. you will find also on table all printed information for restaurant with description , for ice cream shops, bakery etc. we did not plan to go there in Noale, but due to some unexpected weather conditions we go there. perfect location to stay in sweet small Italian town and in 30min you can be in Padova or Venice and visit all what you want and came back and enjoy in small Italian town and have rest .

great location, I really liked wandering around Noale, but also really easy to get to Venice for a day trip. Noale itself is small but pretty with many a gelato shop.

Great place to discover the region, close to the railway station and then about 30 min to Venice by train, also close to Padova and other towns. Enough possibilities to buy food, ice cream and so. Comfortable and easy parking. Nice garden and all the surrounding. Helpful staff though we did not see them much:-). Good coffee for free.

Great little town, close by some major tourist locations. Great restaurants in the direct area and the appartement was great. We are coming back.
