Host was kind and informative. House had everything required for a family. Easy check-in and check-out. Private parking has secured access. Close to the train station that has frequent trains to Venice, St.Lucia station. Definitely recommend this place !

This apartment was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Venice. The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city, with private parking and close to all the restaurants, Aldi store and train station. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Noale.

The flat is located in a small beautiful town. Ideal for visiting Venice. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the train station and 30 minutes to Venice by train. The ticket costs 3,90 euros per person. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is very clean. The air conditioners work perfectly. The host is always in touch and ready to help you in any situation.

About the situation of the flat: Noale is a nice little town in its own right and the flat is well-situated, directly opposite a nice park with the river and the beautiful ruins of the castle. Shade, benches, grass. Great for a jog or a walk. Only a few steps away, there is the old town center with many cafes and restaurants and a lovely atmosphere and many locals enjoying themselves. We were interested in visiting Venice and it was very easy from Noale and the flat! 10 min. walk to the train station and easy to use ticket machines in several languages. Get a single ticket (3,90€), as the ticket is timed, you can get the return leg in Venice when you know which train you want to use to come back in the evening. The flat is unpretentious and easy to be in. Comfortable bed and nice cotton sheets, good quality, sweet smelling towels. The coffee maker is a Nespresso one using capsules, so bring your own (after using the couple left for your arrival). Good size fridge. Good-size bathroom with natural light. Easy to use washing machine. We would definitely come back if we were in this area again. We didn't meet the owners in person but exchanged easily by WhatsApp. Marco was very friendly and responded quickly. Once we knew how to use the private car park ( there are 17 flats and probably as many cars), it was very easy and there was always space to park. We felt very secure.

Very clean and located in the city center, ideal for groups. Great host! 💯 The apartment had iron, washing machine and all neede facilities.

You have everything you need in the apartment. It met all our expectations, it is the same as in the pictures. The apartment is in a great location. Just by crossing the road, you reach the beautiful promenade. It is a 10-minute walk from a large store, 10 minutes from the train station. It takes half an hour to get to Venice by train. There are restaurants, cafes, pastry shops nearby. The host is approachable, hospitable, and always ready to help. Thanks a lot, Marco, for the great time. We hope to come back again.

The apartment was in an excellent condition and everything was clean and ready for our arrival. The owners friendly welcomed us, showed us everything we needed to know and gave us directions for the sightseeings near the apartment and nice places to treat ourselves. Towels, water bottles, first aid-kit and littlest snacks were also available. All in all a really recommendable and affordable apartment positioned at the center of Noale and very well managed by the friendly and well-behaved family.
