The location is perfect. Ballon view to the sea. Very short footboard to the beach. The room was clean. Nice garden. Peaceful and quiet. Children friendly. A lot of cooking pots, sharp knife. I loved it so much.

“Perfect location for a carefree vacation”
Very nice apartment in a villa, located in a green and quiet neighbourhood, the beach is a short walk from it. A private sitting terrace is a nice addition to in-room amenities. The host is a very nice and generous person who can give you a lot of practical information about locations in Krk.

The owner, Zoran is very friendly, sympatic and kind. He waited us in the carpark, we got welcome drinks and he gave every necessary informaitions about the apartments and the Island. The apartments were nice, well-equiped and clean. We Will definitely be back 🙂

Location is good. Easy to get around the island because it is located nearby the main road of Krk. 8 min walk to beach. Nice bbq.

It is a clean and tidy but very small and old fashioned apartment. There are at least 6 apartments in the house,our must have been a garage earlier.

“Nice and quite apartment in a beautiful location”
The apartment is nicely located in a beautiful surrounding with nice and clean beaches and Njivice centre and Malinska within walking distance. Parking lot was no problem at all and with the car it is possible to make trips to the beaches around Krk. The terrace is very nice and with a lot of space. The host was very friendly and discreet, the surrounding quiet. After all, the link between price and service received was very good and we had a very nice stay in Njivice. Would come again any time.

“Really great vacation that we had!”
The studio was great, we had everything that we need. It was clean when we arrived. We enjoyed our meals outside on the patio and really nice garden! The beach is not so far away and the view from the villa is stunning! The host was so kind and helpful, so we will definitely come back!
