“Modern flat in the center (but do not rely on the kitchenette from the description-there is none”
The owner restored and modernised the flat with lots of effort. It is only pitty that tilesmen and plumber screwed up (for example, the water from bath tub runs on the floor, not in the waste pipe (so mind your feet). The apartment is in the very center of the city, which is perfect. Plus. you can park right outside the house (even though there is paid parking zone everywhere around, but on at this curb)

Nice big studio, 4 minutes walk from Nizwa Fort and Nizwa souk. Very clean 2min by car from some nice restaurants such as Liwan restaurant.

“Worn-down apartment, not worth the money”
The location as such is very good, cost-free parking nearby, short walk to the Nizwa fort and old town, quiet place, despite the road upfront. The bed was o. k., and this was it for the good things.

The accommodation is excellent, large space, comfortable bed. Everything looks new and nice, except when you look a little more you realize that all the pipes are leaking water on the legs, the carpet next to the bed was soaked with water and the nightstand and the bed at the bottom have marks as if there was a flood a while ago. It was not a problem for our stay because we did not stay in the accommodation all day, we only slept for 2 nights. The communication with the host was excellent.
