We had a very pleasant stay at Nizwa Park House Apartment. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole process. Before our arrival, we received clear and detailed instructions on how to find the apartment and where we could park for free, which made the check-in very easy and stress-free. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. The location is excellent — just a short walking distance from Nizwa Fort and the souq, which made it very convenient to explore the main sights without needing a car. Overall, a very comfortable stay and a great base for visiting Nizwa.

Very spacious, and great location. Walking distance to the fort, the souq, and sheep market. a supermarket just by the corner. Kitchen well equipped and able to cook, would be more convenient if there are some spices and cooking oil in the kitchen.

Amazing location. 2 minutes from the souq. Apartment is clean and easy to access. Owner is also very nice and will make sure all is good. Exactly as per the pictures!

The location of the apartment is excellent. The owner was very kind and was prompt on the call or msgs to guide regarding the directions. The apartment is spacious with all the necessary stuff. All in all a great location if you are looking to stay in a spacious place with all the facilities.
