Amazing! Everything is so good. This hotel is in a great location, right inside the old town. Whether you want to walk through the old streets or go out to take photos, it's very easy and saves time. The owner is very friendly and always happy to help. No matter what problem you have, he will help you warmly and make you feel at ease.

“Perfectly located stay in the heart of Nizwa”
A comfortable hotel right in the historical city center of Nizwa — the Souq and Fort are literally within a few minute walk. I especially appreciated how quiet it was and the Omani-style décor in the room added a nice local touch. I only stayed one night, but it was a pleasant and comfortable stop during my trip.

“Beautiful traditional hotel in the heart of the old town”
A beautiful old hotel made from some historic buildings right in the centre of the old town. Simple but very tasteful in a fabulous location and with delightful staff. There's a nice simple roof terrace with shaded areas where we were able to take food and drinks during fasting hours of Ramadan.

The location was good and central, staff was friendly. The room however was not really how they make them look in the photos...Overall atmosphere regarding the interiors was fake. The shower was extremely difficult to use, no way to hang your towel and water flooded everywhere because of the bad design and construction in the bathroom...Better to sleep in our tent, but visiting Nizwa made it somewhat worthwhile :)
