The location was great for pretty much everything, but for a decent supermarket. There is a smaller one very close by, albeit with a limited choice. I stayed in a dormitory, which was only open as things are a bit quiet in Oman right now, what with the weather and war. But it was fine. During busier times, there must be quite the vibe in the hostel.

Very friendly staff

Good option to stay in Nizva. The room was clean and comfortable, nice open area in the yard, kitchen had everything what is needed for cooking. Warm atmosphere and friendly staff.

“Really good value for money and convenient location”

Great hospitality and kidness from the guy who runs the place. Good breakfast with omelette, toasts, yoghurts, dates, coffee... Also convenient location within walking distance to all the highlights in Nizwa.

“Expensive hostel but perfect location”

Perfect location, clean sheets and towels - that's the most important thing for us ! We had 2 rooms (double and triple) with single beds. The rooms are very modest. Well-functioning air conditioning. Shared kitchen, but we didn't use it.

Clean, nice staff

Good guesthouse with good parking (50 meters from the place itself). Breakfast is basic for an additional fee, but tasty and definitely worth the money. Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay at the same place again.

My room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very nice, and the location is great! Would absolutely recommend to stay here.

Very good location, short walk from Souk, a supermarket and taxis. It's quite a big guesthouse with a lot of rooms and it's well signed. I arrived late after darkness but easily found it. Check in was quick, everything seems to be well organized. I saw a sign that they offer laundry service, but did not check it out. Hiking mountains, laundry service is always a big bonus for me! The bed was very comfortable with a nice firm matress.

Super location of n walking distance to Nozwa old town, friendly host with good taste in dates

Lovely host Hussain. He was also very nice to our little boys aged 3 and 4. We enjoyed 3 nights. The outdoor seating area is great with darts and chess to play. The room was spacious enough with a practical double bed for the kids between two walls. Really quiet in the night. Close to everything you need from bakery to the fort and other sightseeing. Wifi connection was good.

Good location, it was very calm and in a good walking distance to the main part of nizwa. The staff was very friendly. a good stay for the price.
