Beautiful cottage that I mostly had to myself. There was access to the kitchen, television, and the yard. The host was a lovely man and very kind and helpful. He was also so relaxed about everything. I had the option to use a pool at another hotel as well which was great. I also appreciated the well wishes messages from the host and his staff member when I departed.

“Excellent”

The owner is a local that has a very big knowledge about Nizwa. Calm. Comfy bed. Price is amazing. Good WiFi and also parking.

The people there are great. I recommend taking a trip to Jebel Shams with Mohammad. Beautiful trip, and included a perfect barbeque that he made!

“Good room, a little further from the city”

Nice big room, its not a hostel, more an appartement with 2 double rooms. Common living roim and kitchen and terrasse . Friendly owner and family (next door). Also check out Riad Nizwa - same owner, close to the city and pool !!

Amazing place, location and service. Muhammad not only arranged my stay perfectly, but he also showed me around all the places in Nizwa. Best host and guide in Oman!!

“Cosy house, great host”

This is a cosy guest house with large windows, green backyard and BBQ terrace, located close to the old city centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and very green. Mohamed is a great host, who welcomed us with open heart, guided us through old Nizwa and showed all major sights and cafes. We absolutely recommend this place!
