“unfriendly, quiete spooky”

the host was grumpy, unreachable by phone, didn't answer the door. No sign of being a guestroom there. Neighbors didn't know either. It felt spooky. Surrounding dirty. No mosquitoe net on the window. goldish stuff around but not really clean very far from Nizwa, nothing intersting around

The place was really good. The property was very well built I stayed in the rooms attached with the pool The prices were very reasonable do give it a try👍🏻

If you want to stay in Nizwa city center, this is a little away - 20 min. But if you want a more quit place to sleep it is good

Very good price and place. Swimming pool outside the accommodation and very keen on trying to keep hostess happy. A lot of details to have a good stay. The landlord was very kind and tried his best.

Amazing location! Amazing Hosts! They were still under construction when we arrived, which is why we got an amazing prize! No checkin time - No check out time!

We really liked this accomodation. Incredibly friendly owners, helped us with everything. The room had a nice terrace. At first we didnt get towels and the bed seemed a bit dirty but the owner changed everything and gave us all we needed. They even made us coffee and gave us little snacks. Would recommend!

No time for chek out ..when you are ready you can go until midnight!the kindness and helpfulness of the host!

“Very friendly but...”

Really nice room with a large, comfortable bed. Large bathroom, fridge, and a little private, very cozy terrace. Also, a separate kitchen that they let me use. Very friendly owner and family who wanted to talk and help with anything I needed.
