This is an awesome hotel that gives you a warm, homely feeling from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for both families and solo travelers. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making the stay very relaxing. One of the biggest advantages is the ample parking facility, which is a great convenience, especially in Nizwa city where parking can sometimes be challenging. The hotel's location is also convenient for exploring the city and its attractions. Overall, it offers excellent comfort, great hospitality, and outstanding value for money. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nizwa.

Staying in this object has been very dissapoing. First of all, I reserved two rooms a week before our overnight stay. Day before they send a message saying the pool is under renovation. Once we arrived to the hotel and asked why only a day before we were informed of this, receptionist told us we can get a refund and find another accommodation. To that we replied that we don't want to look for another one for that day, but if they had informed us a week before, we would have. We asked if we can have a complimentary breakfast instead, to which he first said no, but after few minutes offered it to us. Secondly, if hotel is more than half empty, why is there a need to put another guests in adjoining room? Noise isolation between rooms is very poor, and I could barely sleep because of the noise. If you have so many rooms empty, do not put people next to one another. Would not recommend stay in this hotel, as their communication is very bad.

Very good facility and wonderful service by reception and staff. Rooms are very clean, nice location especially someone like heritage kind of property. Break fast was ok, depends with your choice. Rest everything was cool

“Good stay in Nizwa”

The restaurant and pool area was well maintained and nice designed. The staff was very nice and the room was clean and had all necessary equipment. The parking lot was spacious and Nizwa city center was just minutes away by car.

“Great stay outside of town”

It was an excellent short stay - beds very comfortable, gym on site, perfect for a workout, breakfast was also very good. Can't fault this hotel at all. The staff was also great.

The hotel offers a swimming pool and a gym. The room was comfortable, with nice beds and a great shower. We also had dinner inside the hotel restaurant and it was good. The breakfast was very varied. In general the hotel is very good!
