Great location next to the fort and souq. There was great communication and the room was comfortable and clean. There is a restaurant on the roof serving breakfast and evening meals which were really good. It is easy to park outside the hotel or nearby. Nizwa is an interesting town for an afternoon.

Everything was perfect! Position was excellent, staff was really kind and the struxture spectacular! A+++

Best ubication, and he views from the room and from the terrace restaurant ware very beautiful. The room was lovely well decorated and the bed not big but enough to be comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay. The restaurant with its roof terrace offers an incredible view over Nizwa. The staff are extremely friendly and help with any problems. Thank you very much!

Considering Oman hotel standards, this hotel didn’t feel anything less than a 5 star hotel room. It was clean and well maintained.

It had the best views of the fort. The room was super clean. Enjoyed their cultural music from the room itself as everything was visible from the window. Nizwa souq and Nizwa fort at walking distance. The staff was also very kind and helpful.

Location and position, cleanliness

The location overlooking the fort and next to the souqs is really unrivaled in Nizwa (we had the room with the view on the first picture). The hotel and the room were clean, everyone very helpful and kind, the bed was comfortable, the size of the room OK for 2 persons, only the shower was a bit strange because it also flooded the toilet, but this seems to be common in Oman (we had the same thing in another hotel there). Also the restaurant on the roof top (not belonging to the hotel) with a stunning view over the old town and the fort is hard to beat, our breakfasts and dinners there with the sunset were really unforgettable. So if you prefer to stay in the - little bit busy and noisy - beating heart of the old town of Nizwa, this is the hotel to book. It is somewhat difficult to park in front of the hotel as there are very few parking spaces, but the large public parking is very close by.

The accommodation is in excellent location! The room itself is acceptable. The down side is the noise at night ( sounds like steam valve release)
