“A luxurious space right next to Nizwa old town.”

This is quite a wonderful villa, very well equipped and it has an amazing pool that our kids loved. The place is even walking distance to the Nizwa old town if you wanted to walk. Azzan was a good host though we never met him in person. We had some snags, as the keys to the front door were missing (and Azzans team replaced the locks when we notified him) and there seemed to be an ant problem in the kitchen. We also found the TV to be a bit temperamental and it wouldn’t let us access the streaming services without shutting off. But overall, a fairly top end experience and a great stay in Nizwa.

We had a very pleasant stay in this villa. It is quite big, well located and furnished. Azzan made sure we had a good stay. He gave us all the informations that we needed for our trip (the restaurants, the famous places...) and he was reachable. Plus, we have everything we need in the villa. The villa was very clean and comfortable and in a calm environment. Even the pool and the jacuzzi were clean and everything is there so that you can have the best stay possible We had so much fun here that I regretted to have booked this place for only 2 days and not more!! Thank you to Azzan and his crew!

“A hidden oasis”

Wow! This property was exceptional! Super modern, all the facilities we could dream of and a very catering host, Azzan. All rooms are fitted with ensuites, which made our stay all the more comfortable. The furnishing is straight out of a high end display home. So much space and the feeling of quality in every step. The outdoor space is incredible. The pools were a winner for the kids, a nice bbq area x 2, sliding doors for easy access to the pool. We could not ask for more. Finally, a big shout out to Azzan who was a super attentive host, clear with directions and very accommodating.

Spacious, clean, modern accommodation with a wealth of areas to relax and enjoy the stay, the pool and hot tub were fantastic to use and the outside dinning spaces offer a range of options.

Beautiful villa! spacious modernly furnished house with a large beautiful pool. Place to relax and all around vegetation. Very nice host with whom there was great contact. House practically in the center of Nizwa, close to Nizwa Soug. I definitely recommend!

- Appearance: This place is a 'hidden gem', don't let the lack of reviews deter you. What I experienced was a clean, well kept and modern chalet which matched the photos i saw on website. - Location: Great as its 5 mins drive from Nizwa Fort & souq so was easily accessible. - Host: Azzan was responsive throughout our stay, even before check in. Great host and helped with any and all queries we had. Housekeeper Hanif was also a great help. - Overall: Hotel-like finish, great experience for families and would recommend for anyone planning a short-stay in Nizwa like we did.
