“Al Diyar is a no nonsense, straight forward hotel with very clean, simpel rooms. Everything works, the fridge, hot showe”
Al Diyar has a pool where the kids splashed around whilst we laid on the sun beds. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options. We also had dinner twice, one night there was buffet which has plenty variety and the next day we ordered a la carte (a nice shrimp biryani and fresh fruit juices). Both the rooms and food are good value for money, it’s simple but all good. We had the family suite, we could stay with 2 kids and 2 adults.

Good location, not far from Nizwa town center. Rooms were quiet and beds comfortable. The room had everything we needed for our stay. There is also a swimming pool but we didn't use it

We have stayed 2 nights at Nizwa. The triple room was very big. The bathroom was ok but not great. Very nice swimming pool. Nizwa downtown requires a car ride but it is very close.

“Great hotel for a visit to Nizwa”
Great hotel for a visit to Nizwa - located in the modern part of the town. Plenty of nearby eateries and shops. Large, spacious room - and bathroom. Great air conditioning - and a quiet and peaceful place to spend a night. Good outdoor swimming pool - and plenty of safe parking right by hotel entrance. Great breakfast buffet - with plenty of local delicacies.
