“Great value for stay in Nizwa”

Very close to the centre. All the main attractions are in walking distance. The owner is very helpful and provides with a lot of good tips. The whole appartment is airconditioned which is a good thing because it tends to get very hot midday.

“An apartment with a view!”

An apartment with great views to both sides, set above neighbouring roofs (there's an elevator so no issue) so we could enjoy both sunrise and sunset views over the city through the large windows! The super friendly and helpful host was always there for us on whatsapp even though we've never met in person thanks to contactless check-in/check-out (door code). The apartment is literally a short walk away from the central attractions of Nizwa, with lots of stores and cafes within brief walking distance. The beds were comfortable, we slept well. We even wanted to extend our stay but it was already booked - that alone tells the story!

After a brief stay in Muscat, our family of four drove to Nizwa and checked into Al Atlal Apartment. The apartment was bright and spacious overall, with a two-bedroom layout that was perfectly suited for families or groups traveling together—offering both plenty of common space and adequate privacy for everyone. The greatest advantage of this apartment is undoubtedly its location. Almost all the main attractions of the historic Nizwa are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Although breakfast is not provided, several local restaurants are just a few minutes away on foot, which allowed us to enjoy a more flexible and authentic taste of local cuisine. A special mention goes to the apartment owner. Although we never met in person, his thoughtfulness and warmth were evident from our pre-arrival communication. He not only sent the door code and detailed directions in advance but also included navigation links to nearby attractions, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free start to our exploration. This kind of attentive remote service made our stay feel comfortable and cared for from the very beginning. If we return to Nizwa in the future, we would not hesitate to choose Al Atlal Apartment again.

The owner was very clear with check-in instructions, he also sent some advices on things to do in nizwa and surroundings. The location was perfect , just 5 mins walk from the fort and the apartment was bigger than I thought and clean with e writhing that you need in there. The host was also very responsive over the phone.

Only a few minutes walking from the Nizwa Fort and Castle. Very spacious two bedroom apartment with comfortable bed, small kitchenette (tea/coffee, microwave, small fridge) and large lounge area. Very helpful and responsive host. Located on the 1st floor with elevator.

Location is great, flat is spacious and well lit, and has a nice view; short walking distance to the main sights; noise is at expected (medium) level, in line with environment; access and communication was easy.

We liked our stay in Nizwa! The apartment is big and clean, comforrable. The bed in the bedroom is one of the best We had in Oman. It was easy to find the building and very easy to check in/check out. The location is just 2 min from the fort, and free parking was available nearby.

2 mins walk from Free 24 hour parking, 4 mins walk to the fort. Huge spaces, spotlessly clean, comfortable, 1st floor but lift available (1 step into the bathroom) so fine for restricted mobility. Despite being town centre, no outside noise of traffic etc. Grocer shop literally outside entrance way for food etc We locked ourselves out at one point, but the host couldn't have been more patient or kind on the phone. Would not think twice to use again And for longer than 1 night.
