We stayed two nights here as it was so lovely. It’s a particular pretty village with a fabulous tree in its centre. The guesthouse is very characterful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Shared balcony area with amazing views. Breakfast was taken on the terrace where stunning views are seen. Breakfast was very tasty as were dinners in the evening. Family run with care and attention. Perfect stay in an enviable location.

The accommodation is located in the heart of a small mountain village. A car is essential to get around.. There are beautiful beaches less than a 30 minute drive away. The room is spacious, very comfortable with lovely decoration details that make it feel even more welcoming (just like in the photos). The same family who runs the place also has a tavern where they serve a generous breakfast and you can book a table to enjoy their delicious homemade meals. It’s a wonderful experience for anyone looking for a cozy escape from the tourist crowds. The locals were incredibly kind and made us feel at home.

Lovely family run guest house in the countryside (about 20-25 min drive from Sarande). Spectacular views from the property. Room was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities you need along with a large balcony. Maria and her parents were excellent hosts. An ideal place to stay for some peace and tranquillity.

Very clean place with a delicious homemade breakfast. The villa is family-run, very welcoming and helpful. Great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Muzhaqi. Incredible breakfast, fantastic views, super comfortable beds and the most amazing host. It’s a great family run business, everyone was so welcoming, super friendly and helping with any kind of questions. The food in the restaurant is worth a visit on its own, especially the lamb. So happy that we went on the hiking trails and got to know this amazing place.

The whole place is absolutely brilliant. You return from a day trip and what is waiting for you is amazing food, comfortable bed, helpful owner and astounding surroundings.

We were searching a last minute accommodation for 2 nights, so when we arrived in Nivicë we had no high expectations, definitely Villa Muzhaqi outclassed all of them. The room is very large and comfortable, with wooden roof and furnitures, and is definitely very calm and relaxing. Plus the restaurant downstairs is delicious, typical Albanian food with restrained prices. We will definitely suggest to all our acquaintances and hope one day we can come back!

We had a great stay at Villa Muzhaqi. Located in a lovely and authentic mountain village, outside of the loud neighbouring cities. It is managed by a very pleasant family. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfasts in the patio of the tavern Muzhaqi (managed by the family, just under the guesthouse). In fact, food was so good that we actually had dinner there every night. We would definitely return. And we will miss the amazing eggplant rolls!

We really enjoyed the food and drinks that we got served at the restaurant, the local lamb was superb and the red wine (also from the village) was a great complement. The staff had prepared a table for us when we got to dinner and likewise every morning for breakfast. One day we arrived late to breakfast and the staff was very problem solving and accommodating. The rooms were clean and we got well taken care off by the staff overall. The village was so beautiful and the view was like no else. Beaches and bigger cities are located close by if you are interested in that. Big thanks to the whole crew of Muzhaqi, we would definitely recommend to anyone.
