Very nice owner, very clean room, full furnished kitchen and lounge with wide terrace and a swing. Big rounded swimming pool with warm watter situated in pretty garden. Accomadation is easy to find, very close to Nis and right under small hills so there is a good breathable air and good drinking water. Overall it is a great place to stay.

Our experience at Guest House Dimitrije, was nothing short of remarkable. From the warm reception to the thoughtful amenities, every aspect of our stay was perfectly arranged by our hospitable host. Here are some highlights of our visit: • Accommodations: Our room was beautifully appointed, offering comfort and cleanliness at its best, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. • Amenities: The property features a beautifully kept garden and a secure, convenient parking spot on the premises. • Shared Spaces: The common areas were spacious and inviting, with plenty of seating for guests to unwind and mingle. • Location: Perfectly located, Guest House Dimitrije is just an 8-minute drive from the highway. Additionally, it is close to various restaurants and a lovely public park.

Located few steps from the town center, at a busy street, yet far enough for the traffic noise not to be a problem. The room looks exactly as on the pictures - quite modern and new. They mean business when they mention soundproofing. And that comes from people, who are very sensitive to unwanted noise. Heating works great - it was a pleasure to check in on cold October night to a warm room. Water under the shower is burning hot, bed comfortable and the staff... We were looked after by a lovely and warm older gentleman, who did not want to hear about us leaving without some fruits from his garden. We would not look elsewhere if back to Niska Banja.

“Friendly staff, interesting little town”

The staff was really friendly, they suggested restaurants for us, showed them on the map. The town is really interesting, probably a former spa town, at the foot of a beautiful hill. The location of the house was off the main road, so it was quiet.

Everything is super clean and well equipped. Host are professional, kind, happy to help and give useful tips…really exceptional for this family owned property. I would recommend for everyone. If you are staying in Niska Banja, or maybe looking for hiking/climbing in Jelasnica/Sicevo location is great. We are definitely coming again.
