“beautiful and quaint stay”

we absolutely enjoyed our stay here in kyoto tho it was brief. amenities are complete. we are a group of 9 people and there’s enough space upstairs to accommodate everyone for bed. i very much appreciate the complimentary toiletries. there’s 2 showers and 2 toilets all separated so it’s not a long wait to take turns. location wise it is near the train station and bus stop and convenience stores with only a few minutes walk. bedrooms are properly heated so a good sleep is ensured after a long day out.

Nice house, a bit small with 5 people, but amazing location and fully furnished. We also had 2 showers and 2 toilets which made the stay with 5 very doable. We enjoyed our stay!

“Great value for money”

This property was spacious and well equipped for travellers. Washing machine, detergent, dryer and hangers provided. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need for preparing your meals. After staying in small hotel rooms, we really appreciated the space and the atmosphere. Close to a public bath, we went there every night. Even slippers for inside use and outside use were provided for every guest. Comfortable beds and pillows. 2 toilets and showers, excellent for a large group.

A lovely traditional house, in a delightful neighbourhood. The location was within walking distance of Kyoto Station, Kiyomizu Gojo station, and several bus routes that made travelling around the city quite easy. The house was spacious and comfortable, even for the 9 of us staying, and had all amenities required. The check-in staff were fantastic and very helpful.

A very comfortable and cozy Japanese house in a historic area for our winter stay. Great space and facilities across two floors for our family group of seven. We were sad when leaving after three nights stay and would absolutely stay again. One child left their phone when we departed and the staff were immediately in touch, but we were already on the Shinkensen headed for Tokyo, so they sent it to our next hotel. Couldn’t commend the service more.
