“Just Perfect”
The size of the room is amazing, especially for a hotel in Japan! The bed was comfortable, kitchen and bathroom well equipped. I will definitely stay again next time.

“A nice stay!”
We liked the amount of space, the kitchen and bathroom areas, it was situated in a very quiet street not too far from the nearest bus stops or metro station. Very clean, Modern and well designed and appointed. We were also able to leave our suitcases in the room before check-in, so we were free to explore the city and not waste time worrying about our luggage.

“Pleasant base in a peaceful area”
A quiet and peaceful base for exploring, with shops nearby for essentials and a short walk to the subway station, or about 25 minutes to the main attractions of Gion. The instructions for getting there and checking in were good, although we decided to get a taxi which wasn't expensive from Kyoto station.There's a fabulous little tea shop round the corner that does the best matcha iced latte we had during our whole trip. There's also a wonderful tea ceremony place about 5 minutes walk.

It was easy to check in check out of the property. Everything was clear with the instructions that you get through mail. There are several close options for public transport depending on your needs. It was also great to have your own kitchen to able to cook your own food.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Communication with the host through Booking was super easy and quick. The fan that turns into a dryer was a great bonus, especially for a longer stay. The location is perfect – close to restaurants and everything you need, yet in a peaceful and safe area. Highly recommended!
