“Comfortable stay, nice room. Would stay again.”
Helpful staff, nice room, big bathroom with amenities provided. Free water every day, able to store luggage even after checkout for the day. Very convenient location for Koshien Stadium, just a few minutes walk. Much nicer than getting a crowded train after a game.

“Feels like a former love hotel, it's somewhat ok, but not for 20k/night”
The room is huge: The bathroom is larger than the entire room in most other hotels. (There's also a large bath tub - I didn't use it, so I can't comment on that.. water pressure in the shower is good, even on the top floor.) The staff is very friendly and very attentive! (E.g. during check out they already had my car ready at the car storage even before I showed them my parking ticket with the according number). Parking was included in my (horrendous 20k/night) price. Breakfast is brought to your room at the time you choose.

This hotel has excellent facilities and was in the perfect position for me to attend the baseball match (Tigers v Giants ...Tigers won!) Which made the whole experience stress free.
