Friendly staff. Room was quite spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very quiet and there is double glazing so you can't hear the highway noise.

“First contact with a guest should be welcoming not rude.”
Not impressed, turned up 10 minutes early to check in and the young guy on the desk told me to come back at 3pm. I asked if he was serious and he told me to wait outside. Stood there for 10 minutes watching him do nothing. I was very tempted to just go elsewhere but my bag was heavy and it was hot. When it comes to hospitality that first contact is all important and this guy dropped the ball, that coloured the rest of my experience. Apart from that it's a bog standard business hotel although not as good as most others, the only thing that distinguishes it is the weeds growing right up the front door and the lovely view of a petrol station and some sort of industrial incinerator smoke stack across the road.
