Good transportation service friendly staff. Super spacious lobby area and ski equipment storage area. Very clean overall. Modern design and amenities. Superb view of the surrounding. Quiet and tucked away from the busy streets. Full kitchen. Washer dryer. Private onsen.

“Snow-ski-onsen-hedonism”
I travel a lot for work worldwide, and Yamakei is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed! The apartment was amazing, spottles and everything was very new. We booked ski equipment fittings and ski passes in the hotel in communication with the front desk. You have a beautiful view of the forest covered with snow from the indoor onsen, and the hotel is in a quiet, fairytale-like part of Niseko. Some nice izakayas are within walking distance from the hotel. Yamakei offers a shuttle bus to the slopes and nearby restaurants. What I want to highlight is that Ms. Tung and the hotel staff helped my wife when she injured her leg. They recommended a local clinic, brought her to see tye doctor, and helped to get prescription medicines from the pharmacy that was in the next town.

“A really wonderful stay at Yamakei - peaceful, rejuvenating and invigorating.”
Yamakei Residences is simply gorgeous! Beautifully appointed, peaceful and a five minute walk from the Main Street where you find most of the shops. A little further up the hill is the Grand Hirafu skiing base. Although it’s definitely within walking distance (past an excellent coffee at % Arabica), if you’re planning to ski, you will want to ask the staff to take you via minibus as it’s not an easy walking in skiing boots! Speaking of staff, they were really friendly and always ready to help us with anything.

10min walk to village centre. Brand new building. Clean, modern with all the amenities. Their concierge team super friendly and helpful for restaurant bookings taxis etc.

“Most amazing stay we ever had!”
Most amazing accomodation, staff were fabulous and saw to all our needs, they organised ski equipment, instructors, lifts, bookings and even got me some butter when i ran out. The accomodation is luxurious and the best part is the Onsen! Your own private onsen to spend as much time in as you please!
