“Staff were amazing and very accommodating.”
Location and staff. Was great having the shuttle service to access all parts of Niseko. The location was nicely out of the way and didn’t feel busy or have a loud atmosphere.

“Serenity and bliss”
It’s my second time. Same cottage (Icho/Ginko tree cottage). My family loves it. It’s the surroundings, the space, the air, good design, friendly staff. Room is bigger than on the pictures and the quality is also better (bedroom floor). You cannot also catch the scent in the photo: rooms smell amazing! Additionally, I had a massage from reception-recommended leaflet and it was divine. Staff also helped us find a good place to enjoy the river on our own. In the room you will find delicious tea, nice shopping bag, and there’s also Apple TV/Netflix/Amazon Prime, etc and fast wi-fi.

It was spacious and maximised the view. the Onsen was great. the kitchen was well set out. It was a comfortable house for 6 people.

The front desk staff were incredibly responsive, regardless of my never ending questions. The shuttle drivers were warm and welcoming and eager to share their local knowledge. Having groceries delivered before we arrived was a life saver. All aspects of the facilities at the chalet were exceptional. The shuttle service was easy to request and responsive.
