Amazing place to stay! Worth the money for that exact view in the morning with a cup of tea!!! Staff were great and even treated my daughter to some balloons and cake for her 18th birthday while there. Parking space was useful and easy to get advice from the staff.

We had a fantastic stay at terrazze! Partner lost his passport and couldn't get a rental car, Ryan helped us arrange transport for our return trip to sapporo and saved us from a lot of stress! Accommodation is conveniently located to restaurants, bus stops, and the central shops. Very clean and modern apartment, nice and quiet for light sleepers like myself. Would recommend.

Breathtaking view from our unit (3rd floor). The view alone is worth the price paid compared to other places in the area. Great location, walking distance to town centre (plenty of eating options around, convenience store, supermarket) as well as the Grand Hirafu base. We had a rental car, so it was even easier to explore many places. The apartment is really spacious, well-decorated & really clean. It is also the only accommodation during our 2 week Japan trip (across various cities) that has SMART TV with which we can log in to our Netflix account (other hotels only have limited local channels). This is icing on the cake, letting us chill in the apartment while enjoying the amazing view of Mount Yotei from the living room.

The place is very nice for a family stay. Very nice view with all the necessary facilities that you required in the house. The house even offer a place for private Susana. Nothing I can complained about this place.
