Amazing service! The team were so hospitable and ensured we had the best recommendations and provided the shuttle service without any issues. We also loved that the team at SnowDog helped organise all of our ski hire and passes which was a godsend as we were coming from the UK.

The location of the stay was great, located about 10-15 mins away from Hirafu village, it was much quieter and comfortable. Ample space, equipped with kitchen stuff to cook (saved us a lot of money from dining out), laundry etc. Closely located to Annupuri ski resort (less crowds) compared to Hirafu. Staff also provided local recommendations if you're new to the area as well.

Very friendly staff, well run, accommodating to our requests. Shuttle is available to Niseko Hilton & Greenleaf hotels for slope access. Rooms are well equipped for cooking & eating.

Great facilities and very reasonable.

Friendly staff who replied promptly when we had queries, spacious rooms, the washing machine/dryer. It was also located a short walk to an awesome mountain.

Staff was very accommodating, made sure all rentals for skiing and buses were ready to go, flight got cancelled and staff were able to very quickly reorganise the shuttle bus from the airport, when asking for a pickup from the ski fields they would respond within seconds and be there to pick us up within about 5 minutes.

The room was very comfortable, warm, and spacious. We loved that there was a kitchen and a huge window by our bed where we can watch the snow fall. The staffs were very very friendly and we did not have any difficulty going to places because we drove. A staff brought us to our parking spot right outside our accommodation and was very friendly with us. The staffs were very helpful with our inquiries as well. We really really enjoyed our stay and would want to come back here when we visit Niseko again. We loved this accommodation and our entire experience here. Would definitely recommend this place to guests that are driving :)
