“The perfect stay, highly recommend!”
Amazing accomodation with plentiful facilities and amenities for you to unwind and enjoy an amazing view. We really enjoyed relaxing in their onsens and experienced excellent customer service during our short but sweet stay. A special shout out to Rina and Rai who went above and beyond to help ship some belongings to our next destination, after accidentally leaving them upon check out. We’ll definitely come back the next time we’re visiting Japan, huge thank you from Australia!

All the food in the cafe was amazing. We loved the carrot cake, the teriyaki chicken roll, the pork katsu roll and the caramel matcha lattes. Kids also LOVED the soft serve ice creams. Buffet breakfast each morning in Kumo Restaurant was a delight and they were very accommdating with my shellfish and seafood allergies. Ski valet was FABULOUS and very flexible and understanding. Quality of ski wear was fantastic and very comfortable and clean. So organised and efficient with ski in/out lift straight from the ski valet. The general ambience, friendly and very helpful staff, attention to detail, there was nothing we didnt like. The size of the rooms were generous and they were clean and modern. The kitchens were well equipped with crockery, rice cooker, toaster, microwave oven, conventional oven, fridge and had large benchtops. The free onsens (public and private) within the hotel were also a special treat after skiing each day. Super convenient location with free buses into town if you wanted. Also super close to catch bus to Annapuri or Hanazono resorts if you wanted a change of scenery with your ski slopes. Would definitely come and stay again!!

“Wonderful and feel like home”
We stay at 2 bedroom suite and unit is well equipped and spacious. I am surprise it have Miele kitchen appliances. All rooms have full height windows looking at the amazing ski slope and Mt Yotei. And it has openable windows on the side to allow fresh air if you want to. The best feature I think is the bathrooms floor heating most.

Location right in front of the ski slope. Place is huge! 3 toilets for each room! Washer and dryer was a plus point ! Comfortable living room. Place felt luxurious. Breakfast was good. The best was one of their Concierge, Ms. Tien Chong. SKYE Niseko is blessed to have such a dedicated employee. She has made our stay with family of 5 such a wonderful experience. She was detailed, welcoming, patience, informative and very dedicated to her work/profession.

“Great hotel with excellent service”
This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed with excellent service and onsen and nice breakfast. The staffs came out to greet us as I drove to drop off my family and addressed me by the name. They even reserved a parking lot for me though I’ve made the request online which said it’s subjected to availability. The room is very spacious for the 3 of us. Wish we have booked another night

Family enjoyed the stay at the accommodation. Service was amazing, breakfast was also really good. My six year old daughter wrote on a piece of paper that this was the best hotel of the trip!
