“Very beautiful stay in Niseko.”
Rooms were lovely. The Rhythm store at the property was super convenient. As was the shuttle and ski lockers. All restaurant offerings were great. Onsen great. Easy to walk to restaurants and food trucks.

“Highly recommend, has everything you need for a ski trip, will be coming back!”
Amazing location, the rooms are very clean and well taken care of and have everything you need for a ski trip including kitchen, washer/dryer and wardrobes to hang your ski stuff, even heated floors in the bathroom. The facilities in the hotel are great, the onsen was a lifesaver, and the gym was very well equipped and I would love to try a Pilates/yoga class the next time I’m there. Having the ski shop inside the hotel was really great and having ski lockers and the shuttle to and from the slopes was super convenient and easy to use. Having the Lawson’s convenience store just across the road was great for getting snacks whenever and it’s a very short walk into town. The staff were absolutely lovely as well and very helpful. We loved staying at Setsu and will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Niseko.

Room is spacious with all facilities needed, such as fridge, wash machine (dry), Oven and microwave combo，super comfortable bed provide good sleep, rooms are very private.Restaurants in and around hotel, very convenient. Cozy hot spring, big fireplace in lobby, service, pick up and send to public transportation and king gondola, etc. I really like the storage locker for ski gear with dry system. Hotel arrange everything in details and do all the favours when you need.

“Unforgettable experience”
Second time in this hotel, was not at all planning that but was very lucky to have snow and skiing field nearby just opened! Hotel provides all the necessary equipment and facilities and staff were absolutely helpful (they looked so happy)! Loved also the ofuro: clean, private and tranquil, best after skiing. They have underground parking (makes driving in winter convenient), nice choices of restaurants, and a convenient shop just cross the street: basically everything you need. Now have to plan for the third time.

“Setsu made our hokkaido trip 10out of 10”
Location just outside of town was perfect, it was off season so was lovely and quiet. The hotel was immaculate and you could easily spend a day lounging around looking at their art and local history literature. Utterly fascinating and with a view to knock your socks off.
