i was suppose to stay in this property however their onsen tank was damage and so i was given the option to choose another of their property’s. we chose the one at lake shikotsu. everything was lovely and zen

“Delightful high-end Japanese-style hotel in Niseko”

The hotel is gorgeous from both a design and location perspective and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The meals were typically Japanese and, as such, delightful. Breakfast was also Japanese, quite unusual by Western standards, but also delicious. The onsen (hot springs) has pools both inside and outside and a sauna, very nice after a day of ski. The staff are extremely attentive. There are three shuttles a day to the main Niseko skiing resorts and you can get rental boots and skis delivered to the hotel.

Very elegant and prestigious Ryokan. Hotel staff was very polite and respectful. Breakfast and dinner was an absolute highlight. Easy access to ski slopes with the hotel shuttle.

The Onsen was amazing. The meals prepared were exceptional. The bed were surprising comfortable as the mattress is pretty firm and the pillow has rice in them . We slept well. Our stay was relaxing.

I loved the food, the set menu was superb, super high quality food— truly like japanese fine dining for every meal. The food was just great, i cannot emphasise this enough. I also loved how friendly the staff was, they were so polite and accomodating—really beyond customer service. The onsen was also the best Ive ever been to (as someone who visits Japan yearly in the winter). Great vibe overall, the mood of the lounge was nice and relaxing.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was huge and comfortable! We booked the room with onsen in the room so we had our private onsen experience.

Full course kaiseki dinners were beyond expectation, and the complimentary wine selection was also excellent. Moki no sho was kind enough to substitute meat-based course menu for seafood-heavy menu, even without earlier notification on a customer's dietary preference. Would also give a ride whenever it was practically impossible to call a cab. Overall, a highly satisfying experience.
