“Fantastic hotel.”

The staff were outstanding. So helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The onsen was lovely, both indoor and outdoor (with privacy). The breakfast was a freshly made Japanese breakfast plus cereal, juice and salad options. We would have loved to stay longer. A short drive to restaurants as the hotel restaurant is closed at this time of year.

“Perfect stay at Niseko”

Our stay at Miru Niseko was absolutely fantastic and exceeded expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after long days on the slopes. One of the biggest highlights was how easy everything was without having a car. The hotel’s shuttle service was super convenient, with seamless drop-offs and pick-ups to the main gondola at Grand Hirafu. They also arranged a pre-scheduled pick-up from the train station, which made arrival completely stress-free. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Norito kindly gave us a lift when we accidentally missed the ski shuttle, which we really appreciated. Inka, Bella, and the rest of the front desk team were amazing—especially in helping us organise luggage couriering, which made our travel so much easier. The food was another standout. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety, and it changed day-to-day which kept things interesting. Dinner at the restaurant was also outstanding. Dylan gave us fantastic sake recommendations and great local dining suggestions that we really enjoyed. After skiing, the onsen was the perfect way to unwind, especially the outdoor bath. It was peaceful, not crowded, and a real highlight of our stay. The hotel also helped arrange our ski rentals through Rhythm Japan, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Overall, Miru Niseko offers an incredible combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko.

Clean, big and comfortable

“10 days of back to back to snowboarding, Miru was a good place to stay.”

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are small but have everything that was needed. Breakfast each morning was nice and convenient. The onsite onsen was a nice touch and something we used most days after snowboarding. I read a lot of reviews about people complaining that was difficult to get from the property to the ski resorts and I was concerned about this but it was so easy, Miru has shuttles running every 30 mins to 1 hour from 8am right up to 9pm, getting around turned out to be very easy.

The environment is great, staffs are welcoming, the dinner is superb and beyond expectation. Would love to be back. Highly recommend.

Lodge 9 was amazing with so much space and large rooms. Amazing views of Mt. Yotei and Hirafu! The staff was extremely hospitable and helpful and accommodating to all of our demands. The onsen was great!

Everything from check-in to checkout was of the highest quality - the service staff were so helpful - when we parked in the wrong place, they took our key so we could sleep in and moved the car, when we misread the last serving time for breakfast they gave us a takeaway box Facilities were amazing - deep bath, all the basics for snacks & breakfasts - a broad range in the breakfast buffet - lovely onsen in the snow I'd stay again in a heartbeat

We loved our stay at Miru Niseko. Very comfortable room with splendid view on Mont Yotei. Good and generous breakfast. Fantastic Japanese bath which was most of the time just for ourselves !

Room and facilities are incredible: the photos do not do the rooms justice! The shuttles are incredibly easy and very frequent. Would highly recommend. Great breakfast, and lovely onsen.

The room we booked was comfortable for 2 of us, big space and the beds were comfy. The public bath was also really nice. Breakfast buffet was a good spread and delicious. Staff at the property were really friendly and welcoming. Location was great, hotel provided shuttles to and from Hirafu, which was very helpful given that it's a bit of a nightmare to drive there. Will stay here again
