We came to ski and snowboard in Niseko. Midtown Niseko is an affordable hotel around 1.5 km from the center and slopes. The reguar free shuttle bus brought us to Hirafu welcome center every morning, on time for my daughter';s skilesson at GO snow at the Mountain Center. Staff is very helpful as it takes some time to navigatethe different bus routes and the different ski lifts. In teh evening you can take the bus back to the center of the village for dinner. Most of the time we walked back from dinner with the kdis, very doable and nice to walk after dinner. It is great that you can do the laundry and dryer, the dryer was not that dry but it was great to buy detergent for 100 yen at the reception. The washibg machine cycle is only 200 yen. Every floor has the option to prepare or hgeat up dinner. Going out for dinner in Niseko is pricey. Around 100 USD for the 3 of us. We were at the end of the season so not so many food trucks anymore. They are much cheaper than the restaurants. The kids liked the bunk bed in the room. The room was cosy. and spacious enough

Clean and modern hotel. Smallish rooms but well designed. Included breakfast. Not ski in ski out but regular bus comes to hotel front door to take skiers to two mountain centres. Close to a 7 11 for snacks. Excellent drying room and laundry facilities.

This hotel/ hostel hybrid was perfect for our trip to Niseko. We were picked up by Midtown from the Hirafu Welcome Centre bus stop and welcomed warmly with informative English speaking staff. The facilities are far better than I imagined and the room was still comfortable for me and my sister in a split twin configuration. The seperate toilet and bathroom/shower tub in the room (basically 1.5 bathrooms) was great for privacy and for each of us getting ready. Comfortable beds. Just the right amount of storage too. Our (possibly each) floor has a common room with cooking facilities and seating, laundry and dryers, toilets and vending machines. Very convenient. All very well maintained. Get the breakfast buffet inclusion, it has a good variety of western and local foods and beverages. Much more convenient, and cheaper, than uphill alternatives. It doubles as a bar in the evening too. The lobby has a safe and accomodating board and gear storage room too. Plus a comfortable waiting area / lounge while you wait for buses or check in. Getting a bus to Hirafu and Hanazono is super easy too. If you have an all mountain pass the Niseko Direct bus stops at Midtown NOTE: the Niseko bus stops on the main road, it doesn’t pull into Midtown 😅 Midtown is only a 15-20min brisk walk from the main street if you miss the last bus because of late night shenanigans ;)

Everything : huge hotel but still very quiet, had the best sleep, room big enough for 2 adults and 1 child with each our own very comfortable bed (got some great sleep), lots of clever storage space, nice and warm room after a day on the slopes. Seven eleven 5 minutes walk with delicious cheap food to eat each night in the hotel common area which is also very nice. Breakfast was pretty good but if you like continental you might want bring/buy your own stuff. Staff was very helpful, ski room great and buses to hirafu or hanazono gondola are every 20min from 7am to 7pm. All very convenient and working like a Swiss clock. There's also gym with treadmills, bikes, elliptical and weights which is great.

Comfortable and good sized rooms, a large welcoming reception area with places to sit and work. Common rooms with cooking facilities were very useful and there was plenty of room for skis and boots in the locker room. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and Sapporo beer on draught in the bar. The hotel is halfway between the resorts of Hanozono and Hirafu and ski buses stop at the hotel to take you to both of these resorts. Shuttle buses were also available to book at the start and end of the stay to get to the Welcome Center in Hirafu where the airport transfer buses arrive.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff is extremely kind and friendly, always ready to help. The location is beautiful and well maintained, ideal for a successful vacation. I highly recommend it!
