Overview
Located a 5-minute walk from Ace Family Chair Lift, Kozue offers views of the forest as well as Mt. Yotei. The accommodation has heating and air conditioning and offers free WiFi access in all areas. “Great apartment close to everything in Grand Hirafu”
The apartment was fantastic. Beautiful view of Mt Yoti. Close to village and ski lifts. Complimentary shuttle bus service to the lifts was great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. We were family of four in 1 bed apartment with Murphy Bed was ample big enough. Ski lockers held four boards.

“Couldn’t have been better. Excellent stay.”
Everything. Spacious, comfortable beds, lovely toiletries, really well equipped kitchen, very useful washer/dryer, excellent staff and taxi service, boot room was great (warm boots in mornings) the return process for ski hire was easy as we could leave them in the locker room. Location was perfect just a few mins walk from the main town, food trucks, supermarket etc. Would absolutely recommend.

Staff and facilities were exceptional. Daily private lift to and from the base of the main ski lifts was a great unexpected bonus.

“It was a highlight of our trip. The premises were fantastic, and the staff made the whole experience even more memorable”
The room was spacious and had all the amenities we would ever need. Everything was cleverly designed to allow for maximum space in the main bed room without compromising. The snow gear locker room was ideal, no massy equipment had to be kept inside the room which was fantastic.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. The facilities were of a good standard and the location was fantastic for access to the town and the slopes. The shuttle service when needed to access areas of the town and the Gondola without having to walk was of great convenience and the service was always on time. We have stayed in Niseko at other properties and this one is defiantly in the top 3. Nisade is very efficient and accommodating to guest requests. I'd like to make specific mention to the team we dealt with throughout the week for all our requests and transport, Louis, Regan, Daisy at the front desk and Luke were all very accommodating to our needs, helped us when we requested and went above and beyond for some of our requests, maintaining professionalism but also being very easy to talk to and have a laugh with. Great team!

“Kozue's Warmth in a Winter Wonderland”
Our place was immaculate and well decorated, absolutely amazing to be able to stay there. The team including Daisy, Louis, Andrew and Reagan were all extremely helpful in getting us settled in and even driving us to the ski lifts and restaurants. They made it an extremely pleasant trip and were a absolute pleasure to be with. Even with our changes in plans, the team mentioned above were extremely flexible and helpful, tending to our needs and changes instantly. We look forward to coming here again!

“Overall a nice stay with the room were able to provide”
Property - the hotel staff was quick to repair the window blinds which couldn’t close fully as I was given a ground floor unit, that I felt quite unhappy as privacy would be an issue at night. Location - Not the worst as I wasn’t driving in Hokkaido so walking to the convenient store and the bus stop at the main road isn’t too bad. Amenities - Didn’t managed to feel much cos wasn’t expecting from a apartment accommodation
