Beautiful location with great views. Easy parking. Magnificent staff who are clearly well advised on how to serve clients. We had an excellent meal served by Rajan(?). Brilliant service. Lovely evening. Breakfast was excellent. Again beautiful service from several girls. Everyone was very friendly.

“Perfect ski hotel”
This hotel is incredible - we stayed here for a night and had such a lovely experience! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I cannot fault it. The onsen was very relaxing and the food was fantastic - can’t wait to come back

“Overall, I quite liked it. Both the room and the public areas were clean and quiet.”
The front desk staff speak fluent English, and there are also Chinese-speaking staff. Everyone was very friendly. The hot spring environment is nice, and private baths are available for reservation. The room seems to be a connecting type—based on the evacuation map, it looks smaller, but it’s still larger than typical city hotels. A 24-inch suitcase can be opened comfortably. During the ski season, it’s very convenient since the ski area is right next door. You can also see the magnificent view of Mount Yotei right from the window.

Absolutely amazing place. Staff unbelievable. Straight out the door and onto the mountain. View of Mt Yotei was sensational. I spent pretty much 2 days in my room soaking up the snow storm views and the changing light. My best hotel experience in Japan so far. All the staff bring a positive energy into everything they do.Best coffee so far in the cafe. Breakfast was a delight

Service was absolutely amazing ! team at ki niseko was professional and did an amazing job in making the stay phenomenal ! I particularly liked the fact that we were picked up at the Hirafu welcome centre upon getting off the chuo bus. I also really appreciated the fact that I could leave my skis with the ski team at the hotel upon finishing my last ski day rather than having to return them to the shop my self. Also , you can store your ski equipment with the team every night and pick them up in the morning. Hotel located a few steps below hirafu ski resort was excellent. Onsen was also class. Enjoyed my stay very much !

we loved our stay at Ki! the private onsen was so great after a day skiing. staff were great and room was large!! only issue we had was the laundry supplies the dryer didn’t really work so it took hours to dry clothes. but we loved the hotel couldn’t fault. would happily stay again and great location right next to the gondola.

“Amazing view of Mount Yotei with their ski-in and ski-out valet next to Hirafu Lift”
An extremely well maintained ski resort, with an awesomw view of Mount Yotei. Situated right below the foot of Mt Annapuri, and next to the Hirafu Lift with her own ski-in and ski-out valet on Level 2. My son and I stayed in their one-bedroom suite and their in-room amenities were great. Their resort was staffed with an internationalised team who can cater to multiple language needs, and they are all very warm and attentive. Their response to my queries over messaging prior to my arrival was extremely helpful and prompt to arrange the ski lesson and snowmobiling experience. I am grateful. The breakfast spread is generous with seafood, served in a fusion Jap restaurant. Although their display of the breakfast can be further thought through, the flow and the positioning aren't optimal. The narrow lane also seemed to be crowded with watching service crew. Overall, I love the room ... It was perfect.
