Overview
Hotel Resort Inn Niseko is conveniently located 3 km away from JR Niseko Train Station and a 5-minute drive from Niseko Village Ski Resort. My wife and I very much enjoyed our recent stay at the Hotel Resort Inn Niseko from March 1-6. Although the inn is located about 15-20 minutes drive to the closest ski resorts such as Annupuri and Niseko Village; we liked the cozy home feel of the inn (only 7 rooms and a chalet) and being away from the hustle & bustle of the ski in/out ski resorts. We also enjoyed the private Onsen for 2 people at the property which was relaxing after a day of skiing. Also the breakfast was excellent with a different variety served each day; especially the eggs, cakes & pastries that were included with the breakfast. On Tuesdays; the inn served delicious cakes, pastries & apple crumble pie with ice cream which was complimentary. Also it was nice that they had a dry room to store your ski equipment and footwear. Additional we enjoyed the beautiful view of Mount Yotei from our room. Overall the inn provided outstanding service and more than met all our needs and expectations.

Peaceful location. Staff were attentive, hot tub was amazing. Fresh cakes twice a week was a nice touch.

Very nice place and very friendly and helpful staff. It’s a short ride from lifts but with free shuttle that was not a drawback.

“Calm welcoming and charming”
Karin was a great host and manager, went out of her way to greet us every evening with a smile to help with our gear. The Friday free afternoon tea with delicious home made cake was a real treat. Views were lovely and place was very quit and welcoming. Sakura was also very welcoming. Staff spoke excellent English and offered help and were very hospitable. Loved that it is out of town, this was a bonus for us as we like calm.

Great place to stay and excellent staff, Karin is a legend and helps you out with everything. Clean and tidy rooms, great breakfast, dinner is good too and reasonably priced (albeit limited options). Free shuttle to the ski resorts though due to being 10-15 mins away from Hirafu/Niseko village it's more convenient to have your own car.

Karin was incredibly helpful. When my bags were delayed by ANA, Karin helped arrange their delivery to the hotel, when I was ill with a bad cold, she offered me a hot water bottle!

Reasonably priced. Free shuttle to/from Niseko Village Hilton and private hot bath/onsen by appointment. Nice outlook from upstairs room. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The view was beautiful, and if you’re lucky, you can see Mount Yotei. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very kind and friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Karin for her help and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Sakura, Saaki and the whole team at the hotel were terrific. Extremely friendly, excellent service and nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and well maintained rooms and facilities. We cooked or went out for most meals but we enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners we did have in-house. Traditional Japanese breakfasts and dinners for the most part but we had lovely Kashmiri curries one evening (courtesy of Saaki) and home made pizza on another occasion. Cake and coffee night twice a week after skiing was another highlight.

The hotel is like a family. They have your needs in kind and help make the stay an experience to remember. I enjoyed the chat with others staying there and with staff. The room is super cosy, looking out at the snowy landscape.

good communication, through Booking's messaging platform, I was able to change dates and get recommendation on how to get to the resort, rental car info , details about the resort's amenities. During our stay, the hosts helped us making reservations at the local restaurants and recommending luggage shipping options. comfortable room, amazing view from the hottub room. yummy breakfast.
