Great apartment for our family of four with a lovely view. Our hosts were all wonderful and picked us up and dropped us off wherever we wanted to go. Good location within easy walking distance to bar and restaurants and very convenient to have a mini supermarket on the ground floor. If we go back to Niseko, we will book again.

Great location, 5-7 min walk to the Ace Gondola. Convenience store just below. Restaurants and retail all in walking distance. Staff fabulous and helpful. The room (Studio D) was plenty of space for two and came with its own little kitchen with everything you needed. The photos don't show the space that's in there. There's a closet to hang things and a little entry way that's not pictured. And had our own washer/dryer which was handy. Note that there is a bit of sound that comes from the stairwell next to the room. It was infrequent most days, but if you're a light sleeper something to note and take ear plugs.

Excellent location with clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The hotel offers an in-house shuttle service that takes you anywhere you need, making it easy to explore other resorts such as Annupuri and Hanazono without relying on resort shuttle buses! Most importantly, the hospitality is outstanding! A special thanks to Chisa and Daisuke for their kindness in driving us to and from the clinic—not just once, but twice. Truly grateful for their care and support! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We would gladly stay here again if we return to Niseko!

“Stay here if you go to hirafu”

This is a fabulous property. We had a two bedroom apartment. Absolutely huge. Close to the snow. Coffee shop and convenience store within the same building. A shuttle bus to take us anywhere and everywhere on request. Denis , Daisuke and Chisa provide an outstanding service.

What a fantastic stay! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice time. Wonderful location, with the welcome centre a 5 min walk away and a convenience store just down stairs. The accommodation itself was beautiful and we had no issues.

The location was amazing and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent location on the main street but no noise to be heard from our room. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, able to provide guidance when local knowledge was needed. Room was a good size with all you could need to stay comfortably for a week.

The team of staff at Hirafu 188 were excellent..They tried to accommodate all our requests and made our stay at Hirafu188 a memorable one. They were so helpful. We can never asked for a better team. The location is great and convenience - right in the middle of everything. There is a supermarket , drugstore and ski clothing store in the building which made life a lot easier. The suite we had was just great. The view of mount Yotei from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I will never stay anywhere but Hirafu 188 from now on.

Size, amenity, location and tremendous service

Awesome location. Awesome apartment. Awesome staff. Drop off to ski place and pick up on time every day. And solve almost every problem.

absolutely phenomenal. the staff were always helpful and available. the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Honestly I couldn't fault it.

Accomodation was great, big and comfortable. Boot and ski gear room downstairs. Big lounge. Everything you need for a family ski holiday. Very convenient having a chemist, liquor and food store in the same building. And some of the best coffee in Hirafu at the foyer.
