Superb stay during summer, great service and buffet was fantastic.

This is our 3rd time staying at the hotel. The main things we like are the warm service, great buffet spread, onsen, gym and comfortable bed/pillows. We would like to express my sincere appreciation to Melani, who provided exceptional service on the morning of 29 May 2026. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to assist us. We were not aware that breakfast service begins winding down at 9:30 AM, and we arrived just three minutes before closing time, at 9:27 AM. Even so, Melani warmly helped us with our meal. When we mentioned that our son was feeling unwell and could not come down to the restaurant, she immediately spoke with her manager and arranged for us to have a takeout box, so we could bring some food up to him. She even thoughtfully offered a cup of milk for him as well. We were deeply touched by her kindness, cheerful attitude, and genuine care. It was wonderful to experience such high levels of professionalism and enthusiasm. Melani has certainly made our stay even more pleasant and kudos to Hilton for employing such wonderful staff.

Well located at the bottom of the Niseko Village Gondola. beautiful onsen outdoors and overlooking Mount Yotei. breakfast hall has wonderful views too. Concierge Amal gave us very good recommendations for food nearby and helped when I needed to get some provisions from town. Both him and another female receptionist help us when our rental car broke down. They were so attentive and incredibly helpful.

Loved this hotel for our Japan snow trip. Great location with fantastic ski facilities right at your door step. The ski boot valet and ski valet set up made the trip seamlessly easy,

We loved the hotel itself and the staff. Although we had one instance where the ski valet didn’t believe we were staying at the hotel, which was extremely frustrating as he wouldn’t let us put our boots in to the valet… this was on the 3rd day of boarding and it didn’t happen again.

The hotel room and services were good. The onsen especially is a must try. The overall environment and comfort was perfect.

Lovely Ski-in-Ski-out hotel, with amazing amenities. The onsen was beautiful, room was comfortable, food was great. We got there late and got a lovely after hours meal and cocktail, but the breakfast in the actual restaurant was amazing too - insane variety of foods!
