Overview
Open from December 2016, Aya Niseko boasts an open-air natural hot spring bath and provides direct access to Grand Hirafu Resort’s ski lifts. Rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Niseko’s natural beauty. Free WiFi and free private parking is also available on site. Facilities offered at Niseko Aya includes a sauna, private-use hot spring bath, gym and conference room. The 24-hour front desk is available to assist your needs. Concierge service and ski equipment rental services are also on offer. Decorated with modern furnishings, all rooms include a refrigerator and flat-screen TV. Some rooms have a kitchen equipped with a microwave. During the winter season, ski and snowboard lessons can be arranged at the property. JR Hirafu Station is 16-minutes’ away by car. “Have a cozy and relaxed stay at Aya Niseko”
The Hotel very cozy and had a relaxed vibe. The staff were prompt and attentive. Parking slots were designated for the period of stay. The spa and Onsen were par excellence.

“Luxurious stay”
Big modern and well appointed 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Super clean. Handy having a washing machine and dryer. Small but very nice indoor and outdoor Onsen. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Would absolutely stay here again.

“Would stay again in the summer !”
We, a family of 5 (3 kids: 6/8/12 yrs) were staying in Niseko for 3 weeks. We didn’t want to rent a villa as it meant that we had to clean the place ourselves so opted to stay at a hotel . The summer rates were great as Aya Hotel in the winter is extremely pricey! We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment which was super comfortable! They also have a public onsen bath downstairs which we used everyday ! It’s not big but during low season it’s empty so we loved it . Mind you - their restaurant and shops are all closed . But that didn’t bother us . We had a car, and there were a few restaurants walking distance too. Great value for money in the summer 👍🏽👍🏽

The apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped. The mountain view from the apartment was amazing. Not to forget the onsen which was a bonus. Location is very good with marts and restaurants nearby.
