This absolutely exceptional and beautifully decorated home was the highlight of our round the world trip. Our family met up from various locations and all adored being here. Napoleon went above and beyond from check in to check out, even helping us get around the island and to the airport. He made us feel like we were part of his family in his family home, and we truly felt like part of Nissaki village while we were there. It’s a 1 minute walk to a tiny but gorgeous clean beach where fish swim around you in the Ionian Sea. The house was HUGE! With 3 equally lovely bathrooms, comfy beds, beautiful bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, an INCREDIBLE view from every window, fantastic dining areas both inside and outside, and 2 comfortable couches to relax in in the lounge room. The property is surrounded by ancient olive groves, and flowers, and birds! There’s a magical path through the olive groves if you go left as you leave the lion statue guarded driveway and then behind and up the hill for 5 minutes to the road with mini supermarkets (definitely go to the supermarket that’s to the left when you hit the road - family run, and the lovely lady even organised her daughter to drive us home). It was perfect!!! In every way! Thank you Napoleon!

Amazing location for a hassle-free family holiday. Everything you need is within walking distance, a range of tavernas, boat hire, beach. It's a perfect place to spend a week. Napoleon - the owner - is wonderful and looks after his guests very well indeed.

Amazing location. Nice pool with comfy pool-side beds & blow-ups. We loved having ping pong and pool to play as we had older children with us. Lovely view. Aircon in the bedrooms v useful. V near a small beach. Owner very attentive and helpful. Also very generous and warm.

The villa and garden are lovely and very spacious, has a great pool, good AC, and very close to the beach. We loved the turtle in the garden, the Billiard table, the porch and the pool side. Napoleon, the host was very helpful and nice!

Napoleon was a great host. He went above and beyond, we even got chocolate cakes for Easter! When he made some steps for my 80 yr old mother to get into the people carrier I was blown away. Irini Villa had magnificent views. The cleaners were also lovely, quiet and discreet. Fantastic holiday, Thank you.

“Amazing villa in an incredible location!”

We couldn’t fault Villa Irini. The villa was perfect for two families with young children sharing. The pool was incredible. Location couldn’t have been better (lovely taverna, bars, beach and boat rental a two minute walk away). The host was very accommodating, excellent communication and always on hand if needed. We’re already looking forward to going back!!
