Despite being located beneath Villa Amalia, the villa was quiet and secluded. Excellent pool and view from terrace. A small on-road parking slot was available. The villa was small, but adequate and the level of cleanliness was good. The agents were quick to respond to any queries we may have had.

I am writing to strongly caution others about booking this property. While the location may appear beautiful in photos, my experience was highly disappointing and remains unresolved. The landlord is not located in the area, and all communication appears to be routed through an office in Great Britain, which made it impossible to resolve issues locally or ever reach anyone. Agency in Great Britain: No replies were ever received, despite multiple attempts. I am still waiting for a proper receipt and the landlord’s tax ID number, which I require for tax purposes. When I attempted to access the property, I found the street completely blocked due to road construction. The house is located on a steep mountain, and parking is not possible and very dangerously to even try to make a U-turn. Crazy dangerous drive with the smallest road I have ever seen in Greece. In my case, I was unable to walk 1.5 miles uphill due to health reasons and the blocked access. Despite the property being inaccessible and under construction, the owner refused to authorize a change in booking, and I was charged the full amount. There was no on-site support, no emergency contact, and no accommodation or refund offered. The lack of professionalism and accountability is alarming. At this point, I am seeking legal counsel to resolve the matter. I am entitled to a full receipt including the tax ID, and I expect to be reimbursed for services not rendered. Please be extremely cautious when considering this property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against booking. Groceries and beach is 15 min drive and not possible if you do not have a car.

Villa Elia is the place to relax with its own private pool overlooking the sea, it did not disappoint. The whole villa is private with no one overlooking. It is quiet and peaceful. The family hosts were so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this villa for that perfect getaway!

“Stunning views from a lovely property with great hosts”

The property has stunning views and is just a 10/15 minute walk down to the sea and lovely cafes/restaurants in Nissaki. There’s a supermarket just down the road, and short drive to multiple stunning beaches. There’s a parking space outside the property, and the property itself has a lovely pool, views, a great BBQ etc. The host was extremely helpful both before and during our stay, answered my questions and requests quickly and kindly. I couldn’t recommend the property more.

I recently stayed at a villa Elia in Corfu and was thoroughly impressed. The villa was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The highlight was definitely the beautiful swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The property provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, making it a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil getaway in Corfu.

The views were breath taking. The villa is peaceful and private but still lose to the beach, bars and restaurants. The toddler pool was just rightfor our little boy.
