Beautiful cottage and very unique, loved waking up to the ocean right on our doorstep, very relaxing. Well maintained throughout, lots of character and plenty of outdoor furniture for lounging around, kitchen and BBQ facilities were great. Never short on company of cats and a dog which we loved! Free use of SUPS and kayaks were much appreciated. Lovely hosts who were quick to respond. Great welcome package on arrival incl coffee, wine, homemade marmalade and the freshly picked strawberries and courgettes from the garden were delicious! Very easy access from the main road, felt secure, and private - we would love to come back.

Everything about this property was wonderful. Especially having the crystal clear sea right there. Fantastic place for swimmers. Really comfortable, spacious, quiet, also appreciated the welcome olive oil, water, jams . The kitchen was very well equipped, bedrooms & beds very comfortable, both bathrooms great with excellent showers, everything spotlessly clean. The most relaxing holiday, plenty of space for everyone and plenty of privacy. Hosts Costas and Vicky are delightful and super helpful. Will definitely be back.

“Unique character property in an idyllic location”

We had a difficult journey because of thunderstorms. Costas was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making it very easy for us to get in at 4am! Everything was well prepared and ready for us and Costas kindly checked in with us the following day. The location was utterly fabulous; right next to the sea, cute and rustic and immediately relaxing. We really loved it and were sorry to have missed half of our stay because of the delay but we will be back!

“Tranquil villa ideal for water lovers”

This villa is in a unique location, right next to the water. Costas and Vicky were the perfect hosts, and met us on arrival. It is the ideal villa for a quiet, tranquil holiday. The house is very comfortable, and has a lovely well appointed kitchen. We were able to borrow paddle boards which became our only mode of transport. The swimming and snorkelling were really wonderful. Water shoes are useful to get into the water as it's rocky, but the water is crystal clear! We loved the visits from the family pets too.

“The Dreamiest Home”

The absolute dreamiest property that I have ever stayed. I'm a travel writer for an American Magazine and I'm generally on the road one third of the year and I've never experienced a place so beautiful, peaceful and magical. The Wi-Fi, air conditioning, everything functions superbly. The owners greeted us with handmade jam and wine. I come to Corfu every year and I just can't imagine staying anywhere else now. It feels like you stepped out of time, back to Henry Miller or the Durrell's home. It truly transports you. The largest bedroom is literally out of a movie. I found out it was one of only five houses on the entire Island that's literally sitting on the water. Your lounge chair can touch the water. The absolute best decision we made regarding our travels this summer. The owners answered all of my last-minute questions and we're so helpful.

Best holiday home we have ever had (and we have been travelling quite a bit ;). The location is spectacular and the house really comfortable and welcoming. The hosts Costas and Vicky are amazingly friendly and we just had the perfect time in Nissaki. We will definitely be back (and give Popcorn the cat a cuddle).
