“A great apartment to visit Nis”
The host was very kind and the apartment is very well located, comfortable and functional. The view is lovely and the terasa is very convenient. I work remotely so I can say the Wi-Fi worked just perfect. I will book this place again, no question. I think is better to stay here than in Nis downtown: the streets are more quite, you have multiple stores walking distance and you can get to downtown pretty easily. Highly recommended.

“Great place, well located and helpful host”
Exactly as photos, Wlad the owner did answered most of our questions There's AC, heater, fridge, cooker stove, blowdryer. There's a supermarket below thst stays open most days up to 10 pm It's 20 mins walk to city center, the fortress, Or the big shopping mall. I have found a taxi company that accepts card and can be called by viber, prvi, this is really good. Please bring euros to pay its better and airport atm charges 400 dinrs, outside airport there's machines that don't charge, but Wlad takes euros. Overall is great and highly recommended. Definitely will return. Thanks Wlad.

“Great Value for Money and a nice balcony”
Great location, with all amenities nearby. Helpful Host. The place has a nice, cute balcony opening to the Nis Mountains. However, the bathroom had an odor, probably from mold, which is kind of extreme and sometimes spreads to the room. A deep clean would fix the problem, and then definitely make it a 10-point place.
