“Really nice staff, but disappointing facilities”
The staff was really nice, we accidentally left 20 euros more and a girl came to give them back to us after counting. Also one evening they did us a favour to call a taxi driver to buy us stuff we needed. The pool is big and the water is kinda warm, it could be hotter for a more pleasant experience, but it was okay. The big rooms that are for more than 2 people are actually really nice - even if you are only 2 I recommend booking one of those.

“Amazing!”
We arrived late evening. Very friendly boy welcomed is on the reception - with smile and so positive. He answered patiently to all of my questions about the hotel, but also for the town. If we go to Nis again, definitely will stay in this hotel again. Swimming pool was clean and warm!

I was very disappointed with our stay, especially considering the hotel's 9/10 rating on Booking, which was misleading. No one mentioned that the restaurant next to the hotel regularly hosts large events such as weddings, anniversaries, and christenings. During our stay, there was a wedding celebration with music so loud it felt like being at a stadium. The room lacked basic amenities such as glasses, towels, and a minibar, which made the stay uncomfortable. The layout of the apartment we stayed in was also poorly designed and inconvenient. On a positive note, the reception staff were very kind and welcoming, and the coffee at the hotel was excellent.

We liked the extra large pool, the girl at the reception Martha and the pricelist for the pool , beers etc.. The apartment was spacious with a huge bathroom, it also had refrigerator and AC.
