The kindness and hospitality we received from Aleksandra were exceptional. Communication was flexible and everything was very easy to arrange. The overall stay was comfortable and without any problems.

The room was good size and we could check in easily at our requested time. Street parking was ok as we did get a space near the building. Easy walking distance to Nis city centre and the Old town across the bridge.

Vila Nova is by footwalk near to the center of Niš. The used apartment, two rooms were in the roof part of the house and a nice with own atmosphere. Double bed was comfortable. I felt good.

Very comfortable bed and pillow, very clean, in the perfect center, very good parking place right in front of the entrance, but the best part is the super friendly and helpful owner of the hotel. I highly recommend this place!
