“Really nice and quiet”
I had the warm welcome, full availability. The appartment is just 300 m from Science and tech park Niš. In very quiet residential zone. It is clean and peacefull. Really good!

Best host and super frendly, told us the location of stores, restaurant and places to see. Apartment was very clean with fully equiped kitchen, towels and bedsheets too. The area is quiet by day and night.

“Perfect for one night,but longer stay too”
Everything was perfect. Really nicely furnished and decorated (exactly as on photos); the flat has a nice smell everywhere ("cleanlyness"). There is everything you need (towels, cookware/cutlery, water kettle, handsoap, etc.) Owner is a very nice and helpful man. Downtown is about 15-20minutes walk (through the fortress). Big supermarket is 2-3 minutes by car (open 0-24). We only stayed 1 night, on the way back from Greece to Hungary. But will choose this flat,if we go to Nis again in the future.
