Spacious room, big bathroom, perfectly clean, equipped with everything : air condition/heating, TV, fridge, kettle with coffee and tea, very good quality linen, hair dryer and toiletries. Good wifi. Central location. Easy check in and check out. Elevator. Nice and kind hosts. And on the top, unbeatable price and the best quality for money ratio in Nis. I'm very satisfied and will come again.

Well situated for the one nights top over in Nis, it is around the corner from the bus station so eaxactly what I needed for the early morning bus ride. Clean, had a single night. Good to contact in advance to have later the door opened by the staff, the person saw me from the balcony.

“Thank you very much that they helped me print my bus ticket the night before my trip!”
The hotel was very comfortable, and the room was pleasant to stay in. The owner responded very quickly and checked in on guests, asking things like “Do you need coffee?” or “Do you need shampoo?” The owner son( who speak English well) immediately helped with printing out my bus ticket. Great location: about a 10-minute walk to the town center and only 2 minutes from the main bus terminal. The sheets smelled really nice and felt very clean. The towels were relatively soft and easy to use, compared to other accommodations in the area.

“Closer to the bus station”
Great host, he answered all our questions and spoke English very well. The room is excellent and met our expectations. Only 3 minutes walk to the bus station. City center is close by. Lots of local buses. Bed is comfortable, balcony view is nice, bathroom is big and come with all amenities. We stayed for a week so far! We liked this place very much. I highly recommend this place!
