The building is modern and it is my favourite location in Nis with uninterrupted views of the promenade and surrounding hills. Very reasonable price. Apartment is cozy, has a functional kitchen and a balcony. Elevator and CCTV in the building. Friendly and responsive host.

“Great place in good location!”
Great location - close to center and big park next to river. Nice view from balcony. Very good wifi which I was using to work remotely and there was no problems with it. All time hot water and good water pressure.

The location is great. The bed is comfortable. The location is great. It has everything you need for a longer stay, , as well as in the kitchen area It has everything you need for a longer stay. The bed is comfortable, and the table for lunch too.
