The place is nice, the owner is very kind, you have everything you need, and the location is perfect! I was hoping that there would be a coffee machine in the studio apartment as well, even brought my own capsules, but there wasn't one. Definitely recommend the place.

Such a cute and lovely apartment, arranged with details. Contains all the necesities, and 2min away from city centre. Owners are very helpful and responsive! Highly recommended!

“Everything was perfect !”
Our stay here was amazing .. location is great - from AirPort it was like 4-5km walk, it tooks cca 1hour maybe less:) there are so many shops and bakeries here … the Fortress is near by too:) everything is okay going by walk ..owners are so sweet and very helpfull.. thanks a lot for everything :)) and Apartment is very good and clean and there in kitchen you can find everything you need :)) really reccommend 🩵

“Nice location”
Fourth time in Nis. The location of the apartment is very close to the main pedestrian road. The parking is possible near, but you need a Serbian SIM card. For us was ok because the host did it for us. It's well decorated and cozy. The communication with the host was easy and we met in front of the building in order to give us the keys.

“Good for short stay without kids”
Excellent location and access for parking. Great to have supermarket next door and great restaurants, cafes and a park for kids. Located on second floor so easy to access without lift. Great communication and easy key pick up/drop off. Good value for money. Host also organised street parking to be paid for us.
