Honestly, I had an amazing stay at this villa. The location is perfect — super close to the highway and just minutes from a supermarket. The living room is spacious, and the big smart TV with Netflix and the soundbar were great for relaxing. Even though it was cold outside, the inverter AC units kept the place warm and cozy. The internet was insanely fast, too. Marko is a great host — everything was exactly as promised and communication was smooth. All in all, a great experience — I’m definitely coming back. 🙌🏼

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the highlights for us was definitely the pool – it was spotless and elaxing. Everything about our stay was great overall – from the smooth check-in process to the friendly and helpful host. The location was also convenient and quiet, making it a perfect place to unwind. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

“Perfect!”
I had an amazing time at the villa! The warm atmosphere created by the inverter AC made it feel cozy and I loved having access to great amenities like the ping-pong table, gym and a quality coffee machine. Everything was spotless and the setup made it easy to relax and enjoy. I’d gladly recommend it to anyone!

My stay at the villa was outstanding. The villa is impeccably clean, modernly decorated, and equipped with everything needed for complete enjoyment and relaxation. The host is friendly and ready to help at any moment, which adds to the pleasant experience. The ambiance is delightful, and the atmosphere in the villa is perfect for unwinding and escaping from everyday life. I’m extremely satisfied and definitely plan to visit again! Highly recommended!

“Relaxed days in Nis”
House is excellent for big families, very well equipped. As far as House and the host are concerned villa is 10 but due to noisy traffic in front of the house I shoud reduced it to 9 :) ...regardless Villa Mitimago shall be my first choice next time when I come to Nis.

“Nice house in Nis for a group of friends”
Nice big house with several rooms, large living room, perfect for a group of friends / family. Facilities are nice, you pretty much have everything you need. There is a swimming pool, but heatpump wasn't turned on at the beginning of mid-October so it was unfortunately too cold to use. Although it was 28-30 degrees outside. Host gave all the info necessary about the house, and also some local recommendations. It's a nice, more residential neighbourhood, with a shopping center nearby.
