“Relaxing and safe.”
Beautiful apartment, reasonable price, very kind host. As a female solo traveler I felt safe there. Apartment is huge, it can easily accommodate a big family. Host was present when I reached, it is located at the heart of the city, will definitely go back. Nis is a beautiful city and hosts like Leo Lux makes is worth it.

The apartment is new, very clean and well located. Host support was enormous which we really appreciate! Additionally there is also private parking place which is a big advantage as well.

Very good apartment, ideal for a family with children, with indoor parking in the building, very good location in the center of Niš. The apartment has all the necessary things for a stay, clean, new, nicely decorated. Everything in the apartment works perfectly. Next time I come to Niš, I will book there again. Rating 10

“Excellent stay close to the city center”
Our stay at this apartment was excellent! The location is perfect, being so close to the city center while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are impressively large and spacious, providing plenty of comfort. I especially appreciated the large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The host was very polite and welcoming, making sure all my needs were met. The two free parking spots, one in the basement and one outside, were a huge convenience, making it easy to come and go as I pleased. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the city center!

“We were very satisfied.”
We were greeted by a very friendly owner. At the ground floor there is a kids cafe, very comfortable for families with young kids. The apartment is modern, the beds are super comfortable for everyone, it would be possible for 5 people to fit. Perfectly clean, the AC in each room, great internet. There was underground parking in the same building. The location is very nice too, close to the city center, where you can go out and eat delicious food.
