Situated in a quiet part of town, 10 minutes on foot from the bus station, a public bus stop is a 5 minute walk. The room was clean and spacious, check-in quick, the owner very friendly.

Perfect location, half way between the airport and NIs Fortress. Bus station also within walking distance. Plenty of bakeries and shops nearby. Room was immaculate, just right for a short stay.

The host was very kind and helped me when I needed it. The room was very clean (one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in) and everything was modern and well renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The location is walking distance to the Fortress.

Clean, modern hotel with new renovation and clean linens. For the city of Nis, this is a worthy accommodation option. Good location of the hotel. Can be done in 10 min. walk from the bus station. Near the airport.The owner of the hotel is very kind. He showed me the city center in his car. There is a shared kitchen with tea and coffee. All furniture in the hotel is new. Recommend.
