Overview

“Wonderful apartment, outstanding hosts”
We stayed at King Exclusive Suites and got much more than just a good place to stay. Jasmina and Milan are exceptionally responsive hosts: they helped with important arrangements, were always available and quick to respond, and were very flexible with all agreements (including check-in/check-out times). The apartment is spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The location is ideal: a quiet, green street, yet just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. You can really feel that the hosts genuinely care about their guests and are happy to help. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very well located and very bright and welcoming. The view from the balcony overlooks a beautiful church. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

“Perfect”
The Property was clean, very comfortable and the perfect location. The host Milan had even picked us up at the bus station and drop our bags off at the same bus stop. Milan and Jasmine made our visit so much better with this additional services. He was also very available via WhatsApp the whole time we stayed there. Overall, the hosts gave a really homely and hospitable stay in Nis. Highly recommended.

“Perfect location, everything is near by. Good for longer stay”
Very big apartment for square meters that you get. We had longer stay in Nis, thus we decided not to go for hotel and get more space. As someone who lived in Nis long time ago, I must say location is perfect and you do not need a car. Taxi is super cheap in case you want to explore some tourists stuff that are bit outside city. All other city stuff is close by 2-15 mins walk.

“Spacious apartment at great location”
A very spacious apartment 1-2 minutes away from the city center but in a quiet area in green parking zone. It has all necessary amenities and more. At night you get a nice view of the church from the kitchen window. There is a market with long working hours right in front, as well as some good bakeries for breakfast. The hosts were very nice and let us check-in half an hour earlier (which we didn't realize immediately because of the time zone change)

Good location. Good size bedrooms. Kitchens had everything. Cozy apartments with balcony. We booked both apartments. The apartments were on the 4th floor no lift, but easy steps, the whole floor was ours since it was last it actually felt very safe place. We will definitely visit again. The host brought us the keys very friendly and explained everything.

“A super nice and modern apartment in the heart of Niš”
A modernly equipped apartment in a great location. It is located within walking distance from the city center. The apartment itself has a fully equipped kitchen and the beds are very comfortable. There was also a self-check-in which made checking in and checking out a lot easier. The host was always easy to reach via message and was super friendly. Only to be recommended!
