The day before our arrival, I made a reservation via Booking.com for two rooms for six people, with breakfast included. The price for one room was €120. Since we were arriving later in the evening, I also sent an email to the hotel to let them know, so they wouldn’t cancel our reservation. A lady from the reception replied, confirming that the room price was €105 without breakfast or €120 with breakfast. So we clearly chose the €120 option with breakfast included. When we arrived, we paid €120 per room. The next morning, we went to breakfast but were told it wasn’t included in our stay. We went to the reception to clarify, but the receptionist insisted that we had not paid for breakfast. I showed her the email, where it was clearly stated that breakfast was included in the €120 rate. I don’t know if she was the one who wrote the email or if it was a colleague, but she continued to argue. Eventually, they told us we could have breakfast, but still insisted it wasn’t paid for — even though it was. The overall attitude of the staff was unprofessional, and we didn’t feel welcome at all. That’s why we decided to pack our things and leave after breakfast. Very disappointing experience.

Very convenient to the main road & easy to find. Very pleasant & helpful staff & excellent modern facilities. Also a well equipped Gym on the second floor. Great value for money including the restaurant which offers a good range of menu choices.

The staff is very friendly and our dogs felt very comfortable at the hotel. Rooms are nice and warm.
